Another transformation.

This is quite a time consuming experience, but I have to admit, I like the result alot. Its a complete different outlook on life.

Lets colour!

I have been putting this off for a few years, and now I am finally coming to the natural conclusion that I want to see what my work would be like in colour. So I have started to try it out with old work.
I seem to be into the colours of the baroque era- the clashing baby blues and purples alongside pinks and yellows. there is something innocent and erotic within this gamut.

Dove

A while back I got a sweet email from Wade who wanted a tattoo of a dove.
Here is the drawing. I am still waiting on Wade to get the tattoo done. V curious to see it!

A collage of speed.

I was kindly asked by the wonderful folks at Armada Skis to do a design for their most popular AR6 ski series. And this is what we agreed upon. I can't wait to get my pair of skis!

Bike Polo for the LMT

To backtrack a little more here is another entry for the upcoming show curated by the AOI and held at the London Museum of Transport entitled 'A view of London'.
Bike Polo is an absolute 2009 must! Bike riding per se is so passé. Try it with a fixie and a mallet in your hand and you are en vogue, mon amie.

Wi-Fi

It has been an absolute void of a time, since my last post.
My little Kolya is now at nursery so I finally have some more time to rattle my pens and work like a beast.
This is my entry for the latest 2009 competition for Illustrators held by the Moscow Museum of Modern Art. The subject is www and how it affects the lives of illustrators.
