I drew these sometime in 2009 I believe, as a pitch to illustrate a children's book of monsters. It was such an exciting opportunity, unfortunately, I didn't get it, but I still really am quite drawn to these two. I found them today in one of my archives and am thinking that I ought to rethink doing a children's book.

Sunshine Playlist 2
I was incredibly happy when the folks from EMI asked me to do a second cover for their second album entitled Sunshine Playlist 2. It was a lovely smooth job once again. Sunny and fun.

Un petit portrait.
A wonderful private commission for the ever so talented photographer Veronique Rolland. Irresistibly beautiful love story.

Little Kolya turned 4...
...and he had the most amazing bowling party!
This was the invite, censored by the birthday boy.

Lascivious Bow Stockings
The lovely Chloe from Lascivious Lingerie commissioned me to draw a bow on their stockings to compliment their Belle Collection in 2011. This is the result! You can buy these here. If you're on familiar with this most delicious brand, do look around. If you love sexy lingerie, this is where to find it.

Wellington College Fashion Show Logo
This was a very special project. A dear friend of mine asked me to create this logo for her daughter's upcoming Fashion Show she was putting together. Masha Angelova, 16, had organised the Wellington College Fashion Show with a focus on eco fashion, to raise funds for both Breakthrough Breast Cancer and Plastic Oceans. The show raised more than £5000. Well done Masha. You can check out her Facebook page.

Preview of the Big Chill House Mural
The Big Chill House in Kings Cross underwent a brilliant make-over under the watchful eye of Lucy Tauber and opened its newly painted doors a couple of months back.
I was commissioned by Lucy as part of a team of illustrators including Le Gun and Miss Led to paint a mural. As the wall proposed for the mural runs alongside the staircase to the second floor we decided on a theme of birds escaping from cats. The result: I drew a number of golden pigeons (which originally were to be canaries, but the canaries would have been too small) escaping from the paws of two eager white Savannah cats. There's something absolutely amazing about these long long cats!
A lovely job. Murals is definitely what I would love to do more of. Thank you Lucy x.

Armada Skis 10/11

I haven't updated in a while, but! became mrs MK-O in the meantime, so very big news!
And as most of you, am getting very excited about winter and snow and skiing/snowboarding this coming season. A while back the US mega brand Armada asked me to do a design for their current 2010/2011 Men's AR7 skis. We then modified the print to suit Men's Apparel Jackets. Check out their website for lots of fun things.

I was asked by the Royal College of Midwives Magazine to do two images concerning thyroid glands in pregnancy. This image was also used for the Sept 2010 Issue cover.
